InnovAge, a Colorado organization that provides a broad range of services for aging adults and other disabled individuals in need of care and support to remain independent in their homes and communities, is proud to announce its recent acquisition of Aspen Home Health Care, Inc.; a skilled and personal care home care agency that has provided services for clients in Pitkin, Garfield and Eagle Counties for more than nine years.
Headquartered in Denver and serving Colorado, New Mexico and California, InnovAge serves as the comprehensive resource for aging adults in the communities it serves.
As of today, Aspen Home Health Care will be known as InnovAge Home Care-Aspen. Under this new ownership, the current office in Carbondale will remain open and the staff will continue to provide the highest quality of care to clients. Aspen Home Health Care staff will be offered positions with InnovAge, pending the completion of employment processes.

Founded in 1969, InnovAge Home Care serves the South Central and Front Range areas of Colorado with offices in Denver, Thornton, Pueblo, Cañon City and Estes Park. Now, through the acquisition of Aspen Home Health Care, InnovAge Home Care will also serve areas extending in Pitkin, Garfield, and Eagle counties,from Aspen to Glenwood and Vail to Parachute.
The InnovAge Home Care team of 125 staff in Colorado offers an extensive range of home services, including 24 hour care, skilled care, personal care assistance such as help dressing, bathing, grooming and with incontinence needs; meal preparation; light housekeeping and chores; medication reminders; transportation to medical appointments, shopping and other errands; assistance at appointments; post- hospital care; and private pay transportation for individuals who can transfer into cars with minimal help.
