I have the privilege of meeting seniors every day who share their unique and challenging life stories, including how PACE has improved their lives with services that meet their medical and emotional needs. It is very gratifying to be a part of this integrated healthcare system that has a positive impact in the lives of our participants.
Cheryl Rice joined InnovAge’s regional leadership team in 2019 with more than 23 years of senior leadership experience in hospital administration and management, including working in rehabilitation facilities with specialized dementia and stroke units. Prior to joining InnovAge, she served as director of rehabilitation services for Dignity Health Mercy Medical Center in Merced, Calif., where she led program development growth plans, community outreach, and claims processing. Cheryl is licensed in nursing home administration, and is a licensed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) administrator in the state of California. She holds a Master of Business Administration with honors from the University of Phoenix, as well as a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from Quinnipiac College in Hamden, Conn.
