October 01, 2012
InnovAge, a nonprofit organization that serves as the comprehensive resource for Colorado’s aging population, recently expanded its InnovAge Home Care program and is now providing services in Colorado Springs.
“Expanding our services to Colorado Springs was a natural extension for InnovAge Home Care and allows us to increase access to the best care options available for seniors in Southern Colorado,” said Jennifer Rhodes, RN, executive director of InnovAge Home Care. “The InnovAge Home Care team is honored to serve the Colorado Springs community, offering a wide range of in-home services and companionship as well as information and support to help individuals to continue to live safely and comfortably at home.”
InnovAge provides a full spectrum of services to enable older adults to live independently in their communities including home care services, day and health programs, care management and memory loss programs.
