Pueblo PACE Center Celebrates Five Year Anniversary
October 13, 2015
The InnovAge Greater Colorado PACE-Pueblo Center recently celebrated five years of providing health and wellness services to older adults living in Pueblo.
“We’re so proud to be part of the community,” said Kelly Holland, center director, InnovAge Greater Colorado PACE-Pueblo Center. “InnovAge provides medical and dental services, activities, transportation and meals to Pueblo residents 55 years old and older through PACE (Program for All-inclusive Care for the Elderly).”
Today, 75 employees work at the center and serve approximately 260 older adults.
“Pueblo’s culture places a high value on keeping family living at home with family. Our program supports this desire. We work each day to ensure older adults remain in the homes and community they love,” Holland said.
The InnovAge facility is located in the old Minnequa Bank building in Pueblo’s Bessemer neighborhood and celebrated its fifth anniversary in June.
