I love working with older adults. It has been my passion since beginning as a certified nursing assistant when I was 17. My personal passion about working with this population and keeping them as independent as possible is a perfect match for InnovAge. I love the services we provide our participants.

I take pleasure in working at PACE and establishing long-term relationships with participants. I have the satisfaction of seeing their appreciation for life, learning from their wisdom and listening to the best stories of days gone by.

A central value in PACE care is supporting participants so they can maintain their independence for as long as possible. As a physician practicing for 17 years, this philosophy is something Dr. Pham believes in, because she has seen the difference the PACE program has made in the lives of those she serves.

Dr. Pham is board certified in Internal Medicine and has an interest in Geriatrics. She received her Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the University of Iowa College of Medicine in Iowa City, and completed her internship and residency at Penn State Milton S.
