Quality Matters: New Reports Available Online

Every year, InnovAge develops a Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) plan that outlines how we will meet the requirements of state and federal regulators to participate in PACE.

These reports are now available on our website so you can find out directly what InnovAge PACE is doing to actively improve care for our participants.

Check out this new feature here. To access reports, you’ll need to provide your contact information.

Throughout the year, we monitor our progress with a scorecard that measures outcomes for quality in all areas of PACE, including participant and caregiver satisfaction, service use, safety and effectiveness, non-clinical areas, and more.

We encourage open communication with participants and staff by using this data to create a dashboard highlighting key measurements and new initiatives.

“We believe that sharing these measures is important,” says InnovAge Director of Quality and Performance Excellence Paige Harrington. “It’s evidence of how we are performing and shows that InnovAge maintains regulatory compliance.”

Each of these measures are designed to align with InnovAge’s service standards and organizational values of safety, accountability, integrity, quality, and caring.

Progress is reported bi-annually and shared throughout the year. Some improvements outlined in the most recent report include increasing flu vaccinations, improving transportation, and more efficient medication management.
