Edward Sobol joined Welsh, Carson, Anderson, and Stowe (WCAS) in 2010 and is now a general partner in the healthcare group. Prior to joining WCAS, Edward served as vice president for Bain Capital Private Equity in Boston starting in 2003, before which he worked for McKinsey & Company in New York.

Sean Traynor joined Welsh, Carson, Anderson, and Stowe in 1999 as a general partner in the healthcare group and serves as a member of the management committee. Prior, Sean worked in the healthcare and insurance investment banking groups at BT Alex Brown and spent three years prior at Coopers & Lybrand law firm.

Chinyere Joiner is the CEO of Dorothy's Soft Touch, a nonprofit she founded in 2002. Chinyere manages three assisted living facilities for older adults in the Denver metro area, overseeing daily operations and working hand-in-hand with her residents. Chinyere holds a degree in business management from Parks College.

Ted Kennedy, Jr., is a member of the firm in the Health Care and Life Sciences practice at Epstein Becker Green.

Marilyn Tavenner served as chief operating officer and acting administrator for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) from 2010-2013, and CMS administrator from 2013-2015 under President Barack Obama, where her leadership was instrumental from 2010 to 2015 during the implementation of the Affordable Care Act.
