InnovAge received terrific news this month when we were named a Great Place to Work for the third year in a row. The designation is especially meaningful because it is based on feedback our employees shared through an anonymous survey. Their increased participation and higher scores, not just year-over-year but also compared to other PACE organizations, are a reflection of their incredible commitment to our mission , our participants, and each other as colleagues.
The 87% response rate was at least 7% higher than either of the last two years. Also, in a year where most companies' numbers are dropping due to the impacts of the pandemic, our survey scores increased by as much as 7% to 10% in some areas. Positive responses to questions in the survey's trust index increased 9%, an "outstanding jump" according to the third-party survey administrator. Overall, the number of employees who say InnovAge is a great place to work increased an impressive 11% over last year .
I'm extremely proud of the entire InnovAge team and the culture we have created together. We share an important and deeply personal mission to help frail seniors age in their own homes with dignity through the All-Inclusive Care Program for the Elderly (known in Pennsylvania as Living Independently for Elders). We also foster a work environment built on respect, fairness, credibility, camaraderie, and pride.
