Nate Lamkin - InnovAge Colorado PACE Loveland Center Director

InnovAge provides precisely the array of services and support that seniors need to live as independently as possible for as long as possible. Speaking as both a social worker and a healthcare executive who has worked with seniors since 2000, I am proud to be part of an organization that responds so creatively and robustly to this great and growing need in the communities we serve.

Prior to joining InnovAge, Nate was the President of Pathways Hospice in Fort Collins, for nearly six years, helping to build northern Colorado’s first freestanding hospice inpatient care center. Before that, as the Senior Director of Patient & Family Support Services for Care Dimensions, he spent several years helping to expand psychosocial support services for the largest nonprofit hospice organization in Massachusetts.

Nate has extensive executive experience in the post-acute healthcare space, primarily hospice and palliative care, and held leadership positions with the Dana-Farber/Brigham and Women's Cancer Center in Boston. He is a seasoned clinical social worker, with many years of experience providing counseling, emotional support, care navigation, and clinical supervision in a variety of healthcare settings.

Nate earned his Bachelor of Arts in Community Health from Brown University, Providence, Rhode Island, and his Master of Science from Columbia University School of Social Work, New York, New York. He lives in Timnath, Colorado, with his wife and two children. In his free time, he enjoys cycling, hiking, and musical theater.
