PACE Care Team

InnovAge Colorado PACE - Northern Colorado

Rebecca Kasperbauer, PA-C

Physician Assistant

I have always been passionate about taking care of the “whole” patient which is what attracted me to InnovAge and its IDT (Interdisciplinary Team) and PACE model.

Rebecca's passion for medicine started as a child, fascinated by the anatomy of living things. She started her career in medicine in high school through community college health care courses and by volunteering at Longmont Hospital.

Rebecca earned her Bachelor of Arts in Molecular, Cellular, Developmental Biology (Pre-Med) from the University of Colorado, Boulder. She worked as a patient safety aide, before transitioning into working as a cardiopulmonary EKG technologist. She next earned an advanced certification in the field.

In Seattle, at the University of Washington, Rebecca earned her Master of Clinical Health Sciences and then graduated from UW's School of Medicine MEDEX Northwest Assistant Program.

Before coming to InnovAge, Rebecca worked as a Physician Assistant at several Colorado practices and clinics, including Boulder Valley Family Practice, Spruce Street Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology of the Rockies, and Rocky Mountain Family Practice (Lifecare Center of Longmont).

Rebecca was born and raised in Colorado. She enjoys kitting, painting, gardening, crossword puzzles, "extreme coloring," and Zentangle.
